Certified Outsourcing Professional

A portion of RadiusPoint’s personnel became certified as a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) through the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Being a process driven outsource solution is a top priority for RadiusPoint, and training and certification through an independent organization like IAOP is a must.

IAOP is the association that brings together customers, providers, and advisors in a collaborative, knowledge-based environment that promotes professional and organizational development, recognition, certification and excellence to improve business service models and outcomes.

SAP Interface

Reducing workload and manual tasks is priority number one with partnering with RadiusPoint. Having the capability to interface directly into your organizations SAP Accounting software is a standard capability. RadiusPoint understands that each client is different and will write the spec file for interfacing based on your specific accounting needs.

RadiusPoint interfaces with most Accounting Software Programs including- JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, many more.

HIPAA Compliant

While ExpenseLogic does not handle patient data, our software is being used with healthcare providers and is compliant with HIPAA requirements for data security.

Internal Audit

Auditing of processes ensures that our Client’s receive the benefits that are a part of their specifically tailored solution. RadiusPoint staffs a team of Internal Auditors that provide daily audit stats on timing of invoices processed, software audit requirements and accuracy of service tickets created in our Support Desk department. Ensuring accuracy and timing requirements represents RadiusPoint’s dedication to our Client’s needs.

Carbon Footprint Reporting

Understanding your organizations Carbon Footprint is the first step in managing your carbon emissions that make up your Carbon Foot Print. RadiusPoint’s line item detail of the invoices creates the necessary reporting for the various reporting protocols including the UK Carbon Emissions Reporting for Scope 2 reporting.

PCI Compliant

RadiusPoint’s software, ExpenseLogic is PCI compliant, and certification is provided as security scans are performed as a regular part of maintenance. ExpenseLogic uses software to scan, identify, and fix any areas of issue as a part of ongoing security maintenance.

Privacy Shield Framework

RadiusPoint and ExpenseLogic, RadiusPoint’s proprietary software self-certifies to the Privacy Shield Framework. With this annual certification for both our process drive company and our software company, we can assure our Clients that we provide extraordinary levels of privacy with regards to our Client’s invoice data as mandated by the Privacy Shield Framework.

SOC 1 Compliance

RadiusPoint achieved Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance annually through our SAS 70 audits. SAS 70 was then replaced with SSAE 18 audits that applied a stronger audit focus on technology IT processes, security, and documentation.

RadiusPoint is audited annually to demonstrate the maintenance of control objectives and smartly designed control activities.
